Whole Body Cryotherapy

Cryotherapy is a treatment method that involves exposing the body to extremely cold temperatures of -250°F for 3 minutes with the use of nitrogen gas. It's commonly used for recovery in sports medicine and physical therapy, as it can help reduce inflammation, alleviate pain, and speed up muscle recovery after intense workouts.

Localized Cryotherapy

Using the same -250°F nitrogen gas as the whole body cryotherapy, applying cold directly to a targeted area in 15 minute treatment sessions alleviating inflammation, pain, and muscle soreness. Localized cryotherapy is effective on the face to help reduce redness, wrinkles, acne scaring, and help build collagen within the skin to help tightening and glow.

Infrared Sauna

An infrared sauna uses light therapy to heat your body's core temperature and includes infrared Chromotherapy to target a variety of wellness needs.  Chromotherapy or light therapy has been used for centuries in many cultures for various ailments.  Light therapy in conjunction infrared sauna is believed to reduce swelling, pain, inflammation, improve mood, improved skin disorders, light therapy is also found to be anti-aging and much more!

LED Light Therapy

Using different light wavelengths in 20–30-minute sessions, Celluma Light Therapy can treat acne and wrinkles, as well as aches and pains. Each color wavelength penetrates at different levels where the cells convert the light energy into the fuel to carry out their designated jobs.

BOA Compression Pants

Boa compression pants are specialized athletic wear designed to provide support and improve performance during physical activities. They typically feature a tight fit that compresses the muscles, which can help enhance blood circulation, reduce muscle fatigue, and aid in recovery.

Hypervolt Massage

The Hypervolt is a vibration massage device that can be used for both regular muscle relaxation and for trigger point massages.  Treatment sessions are 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes depending on your needs.

Assisted Stretching

PNF Assisted stretching is a 30 or 60 minute private session with a well-trained educated certified stretch therapist. This stretching technique involves elongating the muscle and releasing tightness, offering a deeper and more intense stretch. Further, breaking down adhesions and scar tissue.
